Here is a seven day diet plan to lose weight.
1. Morning - Start your day by adding lemon to a glass of warm water and drinking it on an empty stomach.
2. Breakfast- Yoghurt, Vegetable, Paratha and Ghee Bread.
3. Intermediate snacks- A bowl full of fruits, fruit chutney and a bowl full of boiled vegetables
4. In the afternoon - nuts, chapatis and vegetable raita
