Yoga can be a very gentle activity, but it also helps a lot in burning our calories. Weight loss will be followed by fatigue and constant tiredness. Here are 10 yoga positions for that.

1: Boat Pose:

This yoga position is an exercise that keeps the whole body healthy. It relaxes your body and increases muscle strength. Iowa position also promotes metabolic activity that strengthens muscles. Thus it’s possible to burning more calories. How to do: - Stretch your legs on the yoga mat and sit up straight -Then bend the knees. - Raise the legs off the floor so that your hip is parallel to the floor - Stretch your arms out parallel to the floor - Stay in the same position for about 30 seconds - This should be repeated 5 times in a row.

2. Upload Plank:

This is a bit of a tough position for a beginner doing yoga. But it can be very beneficial for weight loss. Once it is practiced then it will not be difficult. As it is one of the best yoga poses for weight loss, it is an indispensable position in yoga. Here's how: - First the legs should be stretched and straight. - Then place your hands behind your waist and your toes pointing to your feet. - Try to stand up slowly with your feet straight - When getting up, try to slowly pull your head back. This may seem a little difficult at first. Because this is the opposite position to push-ups. But with practice it can be done easily.

3. Warrior Pose:


As the name suggests, this is a yoga position that allows you to stand like a warrior. This can be done without much difficulty. - First you have to put your feet together - Now stretch your legs back and forth. - Now bend the knees of your front leg and make sure the other one is parallel to the floor. - Raise your hands above your head. - You should try to stay in the same position as still as possible. - Now place the legs apart and repeat the same.

4. Triangulation:

Triangle pose or triangular pose is a yoga position that is very beneficial for the body as it solves many health problems. While this does nothing directly to your weight loss, it does increase digestion and eliminate belly fat. - Keep your hands up - Now you have to put your feet on both sides. - Stretch by touching the feet with the same side of your hand. Like a triangle - Your upper arm should be close to your eyes. - Stay in the Iowa position for about 5-6 seconds - Then change sides and repeat the same.

5. Sun salutation:

Sun salutation is the most popular yoga for reducing belly fat. It is a yoga pose that touches all parts of the body with about 12 breaths. This single yoga position includes many other yoga practices. Here's how: - You have to stand straight first - Then inhale well and raise your arms - Lean forward and exhale. - Now put your feet back on the plank pose. - Hold for about 5 breaths. - Now lower your knees and bring your body closer to the floor. - Then stretch your legs with your hands under your shoulders -Now take a slow breath and return to the cobra pose. - Then slowly exhale and move to the Dog Facing Pose. - Hold for 5 breaths. - Now breathe in and raise your arms. - Then you can rest.

6. Cobra Pose:


The cobra pose is also known as the armrest. This is a yoga pose similar to the pose of a snake. It is very good for reducing the fat in your body, abdomen and muscles. But pregnant women do not have to do this. How to do: - Lie face down on the yoga mat. The legs should be flat on the floor and the palms should be on either side - Now press both hands on the floor and make sure your fingers are just below your shoulders. - Then slowly pull your shoulders back slightly - Now force the abdomen towards your spine and bend the body further upwards. - Then lift your upper back so that your arms, hips and legs are firmly planted on the floor. Your chin should also come up - Thus stand for 4-5 full breaths. Pranayama is a nerve cleansing that cleanses all the nerves

7. Downward Facing Dog Pose:

This position will come to our mind in the name itself. This is a good yoga position suitable for weight loss. - Lie on the yoga mat - Slowly lift your body with your arms and legs and come to a small mountain-like position. There is a chance of stomach upset. But it can be fixed with practice.

8. Chair Pose:

Iowa yoga position is just like the name. Iowa yoga poses create a position similar to when you are sitting in a chair - First, put your legs together and keep your hands above your head. - Now both knees should bend at the same time. You should see your feet looking down. - Continue Iowa Pose for 30 seconds. - Stop for a moment and then resume.

9. Seat Forward Bent Pose:

This is a bit of a difficult yoga pose. But the Iowa position also plays a huge role in weight control. - Sit on yoga mat and straight your legs. - Now bring your hands straight forward. Then slowly raise your head upwards. - Now breathe well and straighten your spine - Then when you breathe in, bend forward and try to touch your feet with your hands. - You bend forward with each breath.

10. Gas Release Pose:

This position is one of the most effective meetings. This will help you to lose belly fat and lose weight. Iowa position increases digestion and removes gas in the stomach - Lie on your back on the floor with your legs outstretched. - Now bend one of your knees - Bend the knees slightly and try to touch the chest - Lock the knees with your hands - Now lift your neck forward and try to touch your nose to your knees. - Hold on like this for a few seconds - Now do both legs at the same time.
