Hi Guys, in today's article, I am showing a 3-Day Detox Diet which will not only cleanse your body but also help lose up to 5 kg’s in 3 days. So without any further ado, let's get rolling- Start your day with Coriander or Cilantro Fat Burner Drink on an empty stomach. Detoxification cleans our blood and eliminates harmful toxins from our body Cilantro helps get rid of heavy metals like arsenic, cadmium, aluminum, lead, and mercury. It binds these metals together and eliminates them from our bodies. It also improves digestion and metabolism and aids the weight loss process. The recipe to make this Fat Cutter Drink is on my channel and the article link is in the description box. For breakfast, have a glass of Oats Detox Smoothie along with 10 Almonds and 2 Brazil Nuts. It's a very easy detox weight loss smoothie that is made with some powerful ingredients to help burn unwanted body fat. You can find the link on the top right of your screen as well as in the description box. Both Almonds and Brazil nuts detox our bodies. They stimulate bowel movement and remove impurities. 2 Brazil nuts a day will provide the amount of selenium our body needs and also help the body, get rid of mercury. For lunch, have a plate of Salad with a glass of Wheatgrass Drink. For the salad, I have carrot and cucumber slices along with a small portion of boiled chickpeas. Thinly slice both cucumber and carrots. Cucumber is loaded with digestive enzymes which help with digestion and inflammation. They clean our gut and flush out toxins, thus helping with weight loss. Carrots have a lot of soluble and insoluble fiber which helps with digestion, boosts our metabolism, detoxes our system, and helps shed extra inches. Chickpeas on the other hand are high in soluble fiber which improves our digestion, lowers cholesterol, and controls blood sugar. They are also rich in protein and protein is one of the building blocks that make you into who you are. They also contain vitamins & minerals. add salt and pepper to increase the taste. I would suggest using Himalayan Pink Salt. And you can increase the quantity if you wish to have more. To make a wheatgrass drink, we would need wheatgrass powder or you can have fresh wheatgrass juice. Wheatgrass is antioxidant, antibacterial, and anti-inflammatory properties. It contains chlorophyll which detoxes our body, so you experience less gas and bloating. It has low calories and no fat. As it's a nutrient-dense food, it keeps us full longer, reduces untimely cravings, and aids in weight loss. It also lowers cholesterol. The wheatgrass powder I am using is from Nutriwish. Take a scoop of wheatgrass powder in a glass and then add water. Mix well for a minute and our wheatgrass drink is ready. Enjoy it with the plate of salad. 30-45 Mints after Lunch have a cup of Green Tea or Blue Tea. Blue tea is preferred as it is caffeine-free and has been clinically proven to contain a much higher amount of antioxidants than green tea. Add a few dried flowers (Butterfly Pea) to the strainer and pour a cup of hot water. Let it steep for 3-5 minutes and you will see the color of the water changing. After 5 mint., pour the tea into a cup and our Blue Tea is ready. In the evening, have 1 Apple and 1 Orange or a bowl of any Vitamin C-rich Fruit instead of Orange such as Mango, Papaya, Pineapple, Watermelon, Cantaloupe, Grapefruit, Kiwi, Strawberries, etc. Vitamin C or Ascorbic Acid helps to get rid of toxins from our bodies. For dinner, have a cup of Weight Loss Soup Recipe made with Beetroots. The soup isn’t just delicious but also packed with tons of nutrition. Beet is a superfood when it comes to detoxification. They contain betalains, that support detoxification of the liver. This way, our liver is able to detoxify chemicals and toxins more effectively. They are a good source of dietary fiber and contain zero fat. Beet is a low-calorie density food which means, it will make us feel full on fewer calories. Wash and peel the beets, cut them into pieces, and boil them. Once they are boiled, let them cool down a bit. Then shift them to a blender jar. Add 1/2 cup of water, and blend the beets into a smooth consistency. Now take a saucepan and turn on the heat. Add 1 tbsp. of extra virgin olive oil. Next, add 2 chopped garlic cloves, and saute. Now to add some protein and crunch to this recipe, I am adding 1 tbsp. each of pumpkin and sunflower seeds. Mix all and sauté, till garlic turns light brown and seeds are toasted. Both pumpkin and sunflowers seeds have very high-quality protein, dietary fiber, vitamins, and minerals. They both help with weight loss and lowering cholesterol.
Now shift the beet puree to the saucepan. Stir well and check the consistency and add water if needed. And then cover the saucepan with a lid and let it come to a boil. Boil for 4-5 minutes and then simmer for a few more minutes. Next, turn off the gas and keep it aside. Now it's time to add the seasonings. Add salt and pepper as per taste. Here I am adding Himalayan Pink Salt. And did you see the new way of adding pepper? Pretty cool, huh? Next, add lemon juice, about 3-4 tbsp., and sprinkle some finely chopped cilantro/ coriander leaves. Herbs definitely add taste to the recipe and also help detox our body, so don't fail to add. Now mix all well. Sprinkle some more chopped Coriander, Pumpkin, and Sunflower Seeds on top to garnish and our Beet Soup is ready.
